The Spring was built by MVRDV architect group from Netherlands. To create the largest water lagoon and water space in the urban area, they planed recessed open-air waterscape plaza as a design of Urban lagoon, and combined the ecological landscape and circulating water system. It is the latest water attraction for parents and children in Tainan.
